There are several nice beaches within a few minutes of San Antonio Country Estates. Guajataca Beach is just below Quebradillas and is one of the most beautiful beaches to photograph. Guajataca also features an old train tunnel where shipments of sugar cane would travel from one part of the island to another. It is now a walking trail with breathtaking views of the coast, and takes you to several sandy beaches where you can gather shells or just relax in the sun. Locals take advantage of the surf on one section with surfboards.
Other beaches for swimming are located nearby in the town of Camuey, Isabella, and several in Aguadilla - all within 15 - 45 minutes driving distance away.
